Debra Lynn Chisom Booth

Debra Lynn Chisom Booth, age 59, of Winston-Salem, NC passed away peacefully on Tuesday, October 23, 2018 at The Hinkle Hospice House.

A graveside funeral service is planned for Monday, October 29, 2018 at 4:00pm at Canaan United Methodist Church Cemetery with Rev. J. Dwight Cartner officiating. A visitation for family and friends will be Sunday, October 28, 2018 from 6-8pm at Davidson Funeral Home Hickory Tree Chapel and other times at the home.

Debra was born on November 26, 1958 in Miami County, Indiana, to James Arnold Chisom and Mitzie Eisemenger Chisom. She was a supervisor clerk for GMAC Insurance. Debra was a member of Oak Forest United Methodist Church, and was preceded in death by her father, a brother, James Chisom II, and her husband, Gerald Dewayne Booth. Surviving is her mother; daughter, Melissa Booth of Winston-Salem; step-son, Gerald Booth, Jr. and wife Misty of Indiana; five grandchildren: Ava Booth, JJ Booth, Destiny Booth, Emily Booth and Savannah Rojo; her brother, Mark Chisom (Lisa) of Winston-Salem; and sister, Cindy Narozzi of South Carolina.
