Debra Leigh Coates Bost

Debra Leigh Coates Bost, 65, of Hickory Ridge Drive, died Friday, August 25, 2017, at Forsyth Medical Center.  The funeral will be 2 p.m. Monday, August 28, at Davidson Funeral Home Lexington Chapel with the Rev. David Robinson officiating. Burial will follow in Rowan Memorial Park. The family will receive friends Sunday from 6 to 8 p.m. at the funeral home and other times at the home.  Mrs. Bost was born August 5, 1952, in Rowan County, to Marvin Rozzelle Coates and Daisy Belle Moore Coates. She was a nurse at Winston Salem Health Care Dermatology and was of the Methodist faith. She loved going to the beach and supporting her husband during the race season at Bowman Gray Stadium where she was his biggest fan. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her longtime canine companion Tiffany Leigh.  Surviving are her loving husband, Kenny Bost of the home; daughter, Tracie Whitley of Winston-Salem; loving new friend and canine companion, Emma Grace; brother, Terry Rozzelle Coats and wife Joan of Mint Hill; precious mother and father in law, Mary and Kenneth Bost; and brother in law, David Elliott and wife Karen.
