Diane Claire Hughes

Diane Claire Goguen Hughes, 55, of Thomasville passed away on Wednesday, March 3, 2021 at High Point Regional Hospital.

A celebration of life service will be held on Wednesday, January 26, 2022 at Our Lady of the Rosary Catholic Church in Lexington.

Mrs. Hughes was born in Germany on January 26, 1966 to Emile Goguen and Mary Alice Belliveau Goguen. She was the Faith Formation Director at Our Lady of the Rosary Catholic Church, where she was an active member. Mrs. Hughes was a loving wife, mother, sister, and grandmother whose memory will be cherished forevermore. She was preceded in death by her parents.

Left to cherish her memory are her loving husband, Kelvin Richard Hughes of the home; her son, Anthony Hughes (Nicole) of Thomasville; two daughters, Emilie Hughes and Alice Hughes of Thomasville; a brother, Ronald Goguen (Patricia) of TX; two sisters, Teresa Harral (Michael) of TX and Mary Louise Dye (Alan) of FL; and her four precious grandchildren, Isabella, Otto, Thea, and Ada Hughes.
