Dianne Walsh Bohannon

Janie Dianne Walsh (Dianne) Bohannon, 75, of Lexington, passed away Thursday April 24, 2025 at the Hinkle Hospice House in Lexington.

A memorial service will be held 11:00am Tuesday April 29, 2025 at the Davidson Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. David Langley officiating services.

The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service, from 10:00 am to 11:00 am at the funeral home.

Mrs. Bohannon was born August 3, 1949 in Rowan County to George Thomas Walsh and Janie Alma Presnell Walsh. Dianne found great pleasure in spending time with her furry four legged friends. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband Delbert Wayne Bohannon, and a sister Brenda Counts.

Surviving are her daughter, Jerusha Myrick (Tony) of Weaverville NC; two sons, Barry Bohannon of Greensboro and Rusty Bohannon (Sabrina) of Tampa Florida; two brothers, John Walsh (Angie) of Salisbury and David Walsh (Juliane) of Belmont; grandchildren, Tene, Mitchell, Taylor, Hunter, Andrew, Blake, Alissa and Ashton; and one great-grandchild, Sam; and several nieces and nephews.
