Donald Harvey Druck, 67, of Allen Drive, died Friday, December 9 at Hinkle Hospice House. A funeral service will be held at 2 pm Wednesday, December 14 at Davidson Funeral Home Chapel, by the Rev. Doug McGee and Rev. Drew Lynch. Burial will follow at Arrington Heights Freewill Baptist Church. The family will receive friends from 6 to 8pm Tuesday at the funeral home and other times at the home on Allen Drive. Mr. Druck was born May 4, 1949 in Guilford County to Donald Henry Druck and Marilyn Magdalene Pitts Alston. He was a foreman with Asplundh Tree Service and a member of Arrington Heights Freewill Baptist Church. He was preceded in death by his grandchildren, John Huddler and Adriana Reyes, his great granddaughter, Veronica Patterson; a sister, Debbie Hardin, and his late wife of 25 years,Veta Helms Druck He is survived by his wife, Sue Ann Alison Druck of the home; his son, Donald Druck (Jill) of Virginia; his daughter, Dawn Marie Reyes (Jessie) of Charlotte; his step-son, Donnie Anderson (Susie) of Winston Salem; his step daughters, Kim McMillan and Donna Jefferson, both of Welcome; his brothers, Richard Cornell (Angie) of Kernersville, and Kenny Alston of Winston Salem; his sister, Sue Collins (Jimmy) of Walkertown; sixteen grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren; his special four legged friend, Peanut; and his special friend, Juanita Hughey.
