Donald Steven Myers

Donald Steven “Steve” Myers, 68, of Oak Avenue, Lexington NC, passed away Monday May 18, 2020 at his home.

A memorial service will be held at a later date.

Mr. Myers was born August 29, 1951 in Davidson County to Donald Myers and Janet Joetta Smith Myers. He was a 1969 graduate of Lexington Senior High and attended UNC Chapel Hill where he studied pharmacy. He was the owner and operator of DS Myers Company and was preceded in death by his parents.

Surviving are his wife, Jan Thomason Smith Myers of the home; son, Alex Myers of Archdale; step son, Matthew Smith (Katy) of Virginia; step daughter, Amy Smith Golden (Patrick) of Lexington; brothers, David Myers and Paul Myers of Lexington; sister, Leigh Dunning (Ron) of Linwood; and five grandchildren.
