Donald Scott Phillips

Donald Scott Phillips, 34, of Easter Road, died Thursday, November 3, 2016, at his home.   The funeral will be 2 p.m. Monday, November 7, 2016, at Davidson Funeral Home with the Rev. Jimmy Greene officiating. Burial will follow in Forest Hill Memorial Park. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 5 to 7 p.m. Sunday and other times at their respective homes.   Mr. Phillips was born April 17, 1982, in Davidson County, to Donald Eugene Phillips and Helen Hepler Phillips. He had been employed as a heating and air installer. His grandparents preceded him in death.   Surviving in addition to his parents of Lexington are his wife, Megan Renee Hartzog Phillips of the home; sister, Tracey Lynn Phillips of Lexington; father and mother-in-law, Steve and Tina Hartzog; his wife’s grandparents, Ron and Patti Hartzog; sisters-in-law, Amanda Mullins and husband Chance of Tennessee, Morgan Hartzog and Madison Hartzog, both of Lexington; nephews, Dylan Phillips and Dalton Phillips, both of Lexington and Tatum Mullins and Vallie Mullins of Tennessee; and uncle, Kenneth Hepler of Lexington .
