Donald Lee Sircy

Donald Lee Sircy, age 85, of Riverview Drive, Lexington passed away Sunday February 12, 2012 at his home. Graveside service will be 2:00 pm Wednesday February 15, 2012 at the Lexington City Cemetery with Rev. Max Shoaf officiating.  Burial will follow.   The family will receive friends at Davidson Funeral Home from 12:30 until 1:30 Wednesday prior to the service.   Donald was born in Smith County, TN June 4, 1926 to Clarence Sircy and Velvie Green Sircy.  He was a former truck driver and retired from Thomasville Furniture. He was a veteran of the US Army.  Preceded in death by his parents and a sister, Jewel Witcher.   Surviving Donald are his wife, Clara Bartlett Sircy of the home; one daughter, Donna Sircy Cromer and husband Danny of Lexington; two grandchildren, April Young and Mark Young; four great-grandchildren, Shannon, Brandon, Candice and Nathan; five great-great-grandchildren; one sister, Evelyn Barber of IL.   Online condolences may be made at www.davidsonfuneralhome.net
