Donna Gail Bruff

Donna Gail Bruff, age 80 of Lexington, passed away on Monday, February 8, 2021 at WFBH - Lexington Medical Center.

A celebration of life to be held at 2:00 pm on Friday, February 12, 2021 at Davidson Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Eric Disher officiating.  Burial will follow at Lexington City Cemetery. Family will receive friends after committal service at cemetery.

Donna was born on April 6, 1940 in Davidson County to Ed Brooks and Mary Christine Sowers Brooks.  She retired from Lexington Furniture Industries and attended Lexington Community Church.  She was preceded in death by her parents; first husband, Foil Rayvon Medlin; second husband, Calvin Vestal Bruff; brothers Jack, Hoyt and Eddie Brooks and sisters June Story, Patricia Beck and Marlene Morris.

Those left to cherish her memory are her daughter, Marla Medlin; step-daughters Linda Foster and Hilda Dowd; brother, Barry Brooks, wife (Mona); and three step-grandchildren, Jennifer Cooper, Julie Foster and Holly Dowd and her granddog, Ginger.
