Donna Renee Queen Berrier

Donna Renee Berrier, 51, of Davidson County, passed away Tuesday, May 7, 2024, at Thomasville Medical Center.

A funeral will be held on Tuesday, May 14, 2024, at 4:00 PM, at Mt. Carmel Church of Lexington with Rev. Sandy Young officiating.

The family will receive friends from 3:00 – 4:00 PM at the church prior to the service.

Burial will follow the service in the church cemetery.

Renee was born on October 18, 1972, in Forsyth County, to William Jack Queen and the late Judy Livengood Queen. She worked as an Administrative Assistant for Reeb Manufacturing and was a member of Mt. Carmel Church of Lexington. Her church and church family were some of the most important parts of her life.

Renee loved spending time at the beach and the mountains, especially Pigeon Forge. She enjoyed crafting and decorating and making beautiful ornaments at Christmas.

Her greatest treasure in life was her family, and she will be remembered as a devoted wife, mother and grandmother. Renee was always there for them and will remain still within their hearts.

She is preceded in death by her mother.

Left to cherish her memory is her husband, Derek Berrier, of the home; sons,
Nicholas Berrier (Joyce), of Lexington, and Alex Berrier (Sierra), of Lexington; father, William Jack Queen, of Lexington; sisters, Rhonda Poydock, of Lexington, and Tonya Bethea (Robert), of Lexington; brother in law, Charles Berrier (Windy), of Lexington; sister in law, Lisa Beck (Kim), of Lexington; mother and father in law, Eugene and Joyce Berrier, of Lexington; and three grandchildren, Paige Berrier, Lilly Berrier, and Grayson Berrier.
