Donna Michelle Smith

Donna Michell Hager Smith, 55, of Spring Valley Drive in Lexington, passed away Sunday December 13, 2020 at her home.

Mrs. Smith was born November 13, 1965 in Forsyth County to David Sidney Hager and Linda Walker Bean.

Surviving is her husband, David Joseph Smith of the home; her parents; her children, Davids Deakin Smith (Melanie) and Lauren Smith Sparks (Chad); two brothers, Geoff Hager (Norma) and Derek Hager (Sonja) both of Winston Salem; grandchildren, David Ryan Sparks and Natalie Camille Sparks; sister-in-law Judy Boone; brother-in-law Paul Boone; five neices and nephews, Cindel, Gilia, David, Donovan, and McKenna; and special friends Denise Dorsett Kent and Connie Walls Merritt.
