Donna Gantt Wrenn, 79, of Davidson County, passed away Thursday, July 30, 2026, at her home in Lexington.

The family will receive friends from 1:00 – 2:00 PM Tuesday, August 4, 2026, at Davidson Funeral Home, Lexington.

A funeral will follow in the chapel at 2:00 with Pastor Curtis officiating.

Burial will conclude services at Forest Hill Memorial Park.

Donna was born on October 14, 1946, in Mecklenburg County, to the late Jesse William Gantt and Mary Francis Gantt.

She worked with passion in a business that she owned and operated, Finishing Touch Consignments, in Welcome. Donna took great pride in the organization, detail, and upscale setting she cultivated. A favorite hobby of hers was working jigsaw puzzles and used it as a way to spend time with her grandchildren. Other joys she had were reading and playing the piano and organ.

The most important and beautiful part of her life was her family. She was a devoted wife to Ron Wrenn for sixty years, a loving mother to her three children, and an adoring grandmother to her grandchildren and great grandchildren.

Along with her parents, she is preceded in death by her brothers, Randy Gantt and Billy Gantt.

Left to carry on her light are her beloved husband, Ron Wrenn, of the home; sons Kenan Wrenn and Loren Wrenn; daughter Miranda Norfleet (Eric), of Lexington; sister, Priscilla Bean; a host of grandchildren and great grandchildren; and many lifelong and close friends.

Her light will be carried within the hearts of those who knew her.
