Donnie Dudney

Donnie Alan Dudney, 48, of Deer Run Lane, died Thursday, Jan. 4, 2007, at his home. The memorial service will be at 3 p.m. Sunday at First Pentecostal Holiness Church by the Rev. Wayne Knight. Mr. Dudney was born Dec. 6, 1968, in Whiteville to D. Cecil Dudney and Barbara Loggins Dudney of Lexington. He was the owner/operator of Quick Pit on East Center Street. His father preceded him in death on Sept. 3, 2004. Surviving in addition to his mother are his wife, Donna Dudney of the home; a son, Chad Dudney of the home and his fiancée, Brandi Conrad of Lexington; a brother, Bobby Dudney and his wife, Tamara, of Lexington; a brother-in-law, Charles Lanning and his wife, Ginger, of Lexington; two special nieces, Mackenzie Dudney and Kindra Nicole Lanning; and a great-niece, Kayla Young. No visitation will be held. Arrangements are by Davidson Funeral Home of Lexington. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Hospice of Davidson County, P.O.
