Doretta Jean Harris

Doretta Jean Harris passed away August 2, 2021 after a long and courageous battle with cancer. Doretta was born January 4, 1961 in Iowa. She was the wife of Richard Harris.

Doretta worked as a care provider for many years, selflessly giving of herself, touching many lives with her kindness, love for life and relationship with God.

Dorretta never met a stranger, and she never lost her sense of humor and love for adventure. Doretta was always willing to lead by example and stand strong for what was right. Her children say "mom was a shining light for us, and we will miss her contagious laughter and wisdom".

Nieces: Julie Elizabeth Ackelson, Lisa Ann Byrd, Angel Zier
