Doris Mae Story Forrest 82 of Sidney St. Lexington went to be with her Lord on Tuesday May 5th. A funeral service will be 11:00 AM Saturday May 9, 2015 at No Creek Primitive Baptist Church in Mocksville with Elder Eddie Fowler officiating. Burial will be in the church cemetery. The family will receive friends following the service in the church fellowship hall. Doris was born in Davidson County on February 25, 1933 to Coley Story and Annie Mae Trogdon Story. She retired from Leonard Craver Realty and was a member of No Creek Primitive Baptist Church. She was a loving mother, grandmother, great grandmother and sister. Surviving are her son Bobby Dean Sweatt and wife Kathleen of Lexington, grandchildren Dorianne Sweatt and Bobby Dean Sweatt, II both of Lexington, great grandson and her pride and joy David Beck. Brothers Odell Story and wife Mary Elizabeth, Coley Edward “Eddie” Story and wife Sandra and sisters Rebecca “Becky” Owens and Clara Mize all of Lexington and several nieces and nephews and many special friends. In lieu of flowers memorials may be directed to No Creek Primitive Baptist Church, 445 Dusty Lane Salisbury, NC 28146.
