Dorothy Fowler Robbins

Dorothy Jean Fowler Robbins, 81, of Brinkley Drive in Lexington, passed away Thursday July 11, 2019 at Forsyth Medical Center in Winston Salem.

A memorial service will be held 2:00 pm Saturday July 13, 2019 at First Baptist Church in Welcome, where she was a member, with Rev. Mark Blair conducting services.

The family will receive friends from 12:30 to 1:30 Saturday prior to the service at the church, and other times at the home on Brinkley Drive

Mrs. Robbins was born August 24, 1937 in Rutherford County to Ray Edward Fowler Sr. and Ethel Blackwell Fowler. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband Thomas Harrill Robbins; a son Bobby Ray Fowler; and four brothers, James “Lefty” Fowler, Ray fowler, Bobby Dean Fowler and Jimmy Fowler.

Survivng are two sons, Billy Robbins and Jeff Robbins (Debbie) both of Lexington and a daughter, Robin Chambers (Kenneth) of Greensboro.
