Duane Kleineick

Duane Kleineick, age 74 of Lexington Health Care, formerly of Burkhart Road, passed away Sunday night at Lexington Health Care.   The family will receive friends at Davidson Funeral Home from 6:00 until 8:00 pm Thursday night. There will be no public funeral service.   Duane was born in Lee County, Virginia June 21, 1939 to Beckham and Nila Oakley Kleineick. He was a retired electrician with Tarheel Electric and was a veteran of the US Army.   Surviving are his wife of 53 years, Shirley Woliver Kleineick of the home; daughter, Angalena Scott (Troy) of Lexington; sons, Anthony Wayne Kleineick (Donna) and Jeff Duane Kleineick (Wanda) all of Lexington; grandchildren, Anthony Wayne Kleineick, II, Heather Elise Kleineick, Amanda Dawn Kleineick, Jeremy Daniel Kleineick and Tessa Brooke Scott; 6 great-grandchildren; sisters, Lois McElroy of San Antonio, TX and Mary Ann of Woodway, Virginia.   The family would like to thank the staff of Lexington Health Care for all their care and love shown to our loved one during his stay.     Online Condolences may be made at www.davidsonfuneralhome.net
