Dylan Lowell Clayton, 26, of Winston-Salem, died, Friday, July 17, 2026, at his home.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 AM, Saturday, July 25, 2026, at the Davidson Funeral Home, Hickory Tree Chapel with Pastor Jay Bowers officiating.

The family will receive friends from 10:00 AM – 10:45 AM, at the funeral home, prior to the funeral service.

Born on January 17, 2000, in Westminster, Colorado, he was the son of Jeffrey Robin Clayton and Bobbie Lynn Dorzok Clayton. Dylan was a hardworking and dedicated father, son, brother, and friend. He had a fierce dedication to his family and had a heart of gold. Dylan was a social butterfly and all who encountered him, loved him. His presence would light up any room he entered. His beloved daughter, Berlynn was his life; she was his pride and joy.

He was preceded in death by his maternal grandmother, Gail Dorzok; and his paternal grandparents, Richard and Vicki Whitmore.

In addition to his parents those left to cherish Dylan’s memory are his daughter, Berlynn Elizabeth Clayton; brothers, Adam James Arndt and Jesse Michael Arndt; sisters, Memory Eve Clayton-Ausborne and Christa Mae Arndt; grandfather, LeRoy Dean Dorzok; and numerous extended family members and friends.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to the family of Dylan Clayton, 251 Lori Lane, Winston-Salem, NC 27127.
