Roy Weaver

Roy Weaver, 79, of Lexington, passed away October 6, 2025, at his home.

Roy was a loving brother, husband, and father. He was born September 28, 1945, in Davidson County to Earlie Emory Weaver and Margaret Shelton Weaver. He worked with horses and hunting dogs most of his life. He loved to ride and enjoyed any kind of hunting. He is preceded in death by his parents, three sisters, and his loving wife Polly Diane Weaver and their daughter, Pam.

Left to cherish his memories are his daughter, Dawn Weaver, her husband, Brent; grandsons, Travis, his wife, Alex, and Cody, his wife Katie; five great grandchildren, Michael, Amelia, Emerie, Carver, and Ellie Mae; his sisters, Janet and Dot, and his brother, Leo, along with many nieces and nephews.

A graveside service will be held at 2:00 PM, Monday, October 12, 2025, at Forest Hill Memorial Park. The family will visit with friends one hour prior to the service at Davidson Funeral Home from 1:00 to 2:00 PM.
