Eddie Watson Britt

Eddie Watson Britt age 66 of Lexington passed away at his home on Saturday, July 27, 2013 with family by his side. A celebration of Eddie’s life will be 3:00 pm Wednesday, July 31, 2013 at Davidson Funeral Home, Hickory Tree Chapel with Pastor Allan Paschal. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service. Eddie was born May 20, 1947 in Rosinville, SC to Johnnie Franklin Britt and Grady Wagers Britt. He was retired from HFCS and was of the Methodist faith. He was preceded in death by his parents, brother’s; Ellison Britt, Homer Wolfe and Terrel Wolfe, sister’s; Maxine Wolfe. Surviving are his wife of 44 years Karen Belt Britt of the home, son’s; Jeff Britt and wife Tammi of Lexington and Jason Britt of Walnut Cove, grandchildren; Justin Britt, Jade Britt, Hunter Britt and Madison Britt, brother’s; Roy Britt, Teddy Britt, Danny Wagers, L B Wolfe, Frankie Britt, Tony Britt and Kent Britt, sister’s; Susie Wannamaker, Sadie Weathers and Reba Dell Ahl all of South Carolina. In lieu of flowers send donations to Hospice of Davidson County 200 Hospice Way Lexington, NC 27292. Davidson Funeral Home, Hickory Tree Chapel is assisting the family.
