Eddie Ray Lowery

Eddie Ray Lowery, 79, of Lexington, North Carolina, passed away peacefully at his home on Sunday, October 4, 2026.

Eddie was born on April 12, 1947, in Davidson County, North Carolina, to Terry Alexander Lowery and Dorothy Brogdon Lowery. He was of the Baptist faith and worked for Door Tech as a storm door builder. Eddie proudly served his country in the United States Navy in Vietnam for a period of 9 months.  He received the Vietnam Service Medal, Vietnam Campaign, and the National Defense Service Medal. 

A graveside service to honor Eddie’s life will be held at Lexington City Cemetery on Wednesday, October 7, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. Military honors will be presented at the service.

In addition to his parents, Eddie was preceded in death by his siblings, William “Bill” Lowery and Brenda Thompson.

Eddie will be remembered for his service to his country, his years of hard work, and the lasting memories he leaves with those who knew and loved him.
