Elaine was first and foremost the heart of her home. A devoted wife, mother, and grandmother, whose life revolved around caring for her family and others. She was a woman of many talents and hobbies. She loved baking, cooking and loving people through food. For years she baked cakes for Joy FM (93.1) to those who made special pledges in fundraising. She loved quilting and blessed many over the years with her beautiful work. She had a beautiful singing voice and loved being a part of her church choir. She was very active in her church and Heart Circle at Mt. Olivet United Methodist Church. She loved her Lord and never missed an opportunity to share her love for Him.
Her grandchildren were the love of her life, and she never missed a sporting event or school function, if possible.
