Elaine Hobbs Littrell, age 55 of Moore Drive, Lexington died Thursday (4-24-2008) at
Brian Center of Lexington. A Memorial Service will be held at 3:00 pm Sunday at
Coggins Memorial Baptist Church conducted by Rev. David Shaffer and Rev. Lewis Johns.
Private Graveside will be held at Forest Hill Memorial Park
Elaine was born in Davidson County, December 25, 1952 to Hoyle Ray Hobbs and Rita Kochert Hobbs. She was a homemaker and a member of Coggins Memorial Baptist Church, where she was active in the church choir and a member of the Scrap Happy Quilters. She was preceded in death by her father and a sister Kay Hobbs Leonard.
Surviving are: one daughter; Lori Askins and husband Craig of Lexington, two grandchildren; Hope and Matthew Askins, her mother, Rita Hobbs of Lexington,
two sisters; Linda Hobbs Coble and Theresa Hobbs Sinclair both of Greensboro.
The family will receive friends from 6 until 8 pm Friday at Davidson Funeral Home and at other times at the home on Moore Drive, Lexington
