Elaine Younts

Marjorie Elaine Younts, 84, of Piedmont Crossing, formerly of Lexington, passed away Wednesday night, Dec. 11, 2013, at Piedmont Crossing. A funeral will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday in the Davidson Funeral Home, Lexington Chapel by the Rev. Matthew Miller. Burial will be in Lexington City Cemetery. The family will receive friends at Davidson Funeral Home from 10:30 until 11 a.m. Saturday prior to the service. Elaine was born in Davidson County on Nov. 28, 1929, to Walter Odell and Helen Craver Younts. She was a member of First Lutheran Church. She was preceded in death by her parents and niece Lyn Sink Johnston. Surviving are her sister, Louise Younts Sink (Bob) of Lexington; niece Robin Sink Deal (Craig) of Fuquay-Varina; three great-nieces; and one great-nephew.
