Elmer Leslie Sisk

Elmer Sisk Jr., 83, of Leonard Road, died Saturday, December, 7, 2019 at Hinkle Hospice of Davidson County.

A funeral service will be held at 2 pm, Monday, December 9, at Our Savior’s Lutheran Church in Welcome where he was a member, with Pastor Andrea Bates officiating. Burial will follow at Westlawn  Garden of Memory, Clemmons, NC.

The family will receive friends from 1 pm to 2 pm prior to service at the church.

Mr. Sisk was born June 30, 1936 in Forsyth County to Elmer Leslie Sisk Sr.  and Virginia Capps Sisk. He is preceded in death by his parents and son, Joseph Leslie Sisk and daughter Cynthia Lynn Sisk. He was a loving husband, father and grand father. He was previous owner of S & W Electric Co., was retired from Ingersoll Rand of Mocksville, NC. He loved fishing and gardening.

Surviving are his loving wife, Frankie Yvonne Brown Sisk of the home, son, Jamie Lee Sisk of Lexington, brother Buster Linebury, sister Ann Newby (Jimmy) of Greensboro; four grandchildren, Jamie Lee Sisk II, Scarlett Meleighia Sisk, Elizabeth Shell and  Joseph Jarrett. Four great grandchildren, Dre’ Shell, Taylor Shell, Hayden Shell and Lukas Jarrett.

Memorials may be made to; Our Savior’s Lutheran Church Memorial Gardens.
