Elsie Etta Brown Leonard 70 of Elwin Circle, Lexington died Sunday August 31, 2008 at her home.  A Funeral Service will be 2:00 pm Wednesday September 3, 2008 at Davidson Funeral Home Chapel conducted by Rev. Joseph Bare and burial to follow at Forest Hill Memorial Park. Mrs. Leonard was born September 24, 1937 in Utica New York to Ernest and Zettie Cates Brown. She was a homemaker and a member of Hope Chapel Baptist Church. Surviving are her husband, Winfred Leonard Sr. of the home: A Son, Winfred Leonard Jr. and his wife Denise of Lexington: A Daughter, Teresa Tucker and her husband Terry of Thomasville. One Sister, Mary Elizabeth Ward of Suffolk Virginia. Three Grandchildren, Terry Tucker Jr. of Thomasville, Ricky Tucker and his wife Ruby of El Paso Texas and Jennifer Clouse and her husband Caleb of Winston Salem.
