Elsie Phillips Link age 98 passed away Wednesday March 31, 2021 at Abbotts Creek . A graveside service will be 2:00 pm Friday April, 2, 2021 at Forest Hill Memorial Park conducted by Chaplain Ben Vogler.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Ned Link, her parents,William Baxter Phillips and Lou Roberta Koontz Phillips. She was also preceded by brothers,Howard, Ulysess,Raymond,Oliver and Wilbur Phillips and sisters, Vivian Landsdell and Jeane Conrad. She retired from Manhatten Shirt.

Surviving are her son, Richard Garland Link and his wife Gaynell Potts Link of Lexington. A grandson Brian Link a great granddaughter, Jasmine Piotrowski and a great great grandson Anthony Campbell.
