Emma Wiggins Cloer

Emma Addie Wiggins Cloer, 91, of Lexington went to be with her Lord and Savior on Monday, February 22, 2021 at her home.

A graveside service will be held at 10 am on Thursday, February 25, 2021 at Forest Hill Memorial Park with Pastor Sam Harvey officiating.

Mrs. Cloer was born on November 29, 1929 in Swain County. She was a retired finisher, having worked at Stanley Furniture and attended Christian Baptist Church. Mrs. Cloer was a loving mother and grandmother whose memory will be cherished forevermore. She was preceded in death by her husband, Clyde Curtis Cloer; her son, Michael Cloer; and a grandson, Steven Tucker, Jr.

Left to cherish her memory are her loving daughters, Carolyn Tysinger (Niles), Patricia Brogdon, and Betty Tysinger (Rick) all of Lexington and Rhonda McDaniel (Mike) of Thomasville; fourteen grandchildren; twenty nine great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren.
