Emogene Hauser

September 24, 1939 — April 14, 2007

Emogene Leonard Hauser, 67, of Brian Center, Lexington, formerly of Landmark, died Saturday, April 14, 2007, at the Brian Center of Lexington after a declining health of several years. A graveside service will be held at 11:00 a.m. Tuesday at Forest Hill Memorial Park conducted by Rev. Clyde Akers. Mrs. Hauser was born in Davidson County on September 24, 1939 to Palmer and Vallie Hedrick Leonard. She was of the Baptist faith and had worked for Parkdale Mills. She was preceded in death by her brother, Donald Leonard. Surviving are her son, Marty Hauser of Winston Salem; her sisters: Doris Leonard, Judy Tysinger and husband, John, Linda Blankenship and husband, John, Kay Hanes and husband, Ronnie, all of Lexington; her brothers: Garland Leonard wife Jane, Jerry Leonard wife Sharon, Robert Leonard wife Kay, and Gary Leonard wife Debbie, all of Lexington. The family wishes that memorial be made to Hospice of Davidson County P.O. Box 1941, Lexington, NC 27293 Davidson Funeral Home is serving the family.
