Ervin Johnson

Ervin Jackson Johnson, age 84 of Coble Circle, Lexington passed away Saturday night November 7, 2015 at High Point Regional Medical Center. A graveside service will be held 2:00 pm Wednesday November 11, 2015 at Forest Hill Memorial Park with Rev. Mike Hilliard officiating. Burial will follow. There will be no public visitation. Ervin was born in Davidson County, August 17, 1931 to Ervin H. and Georgia Cross Johnson. He was a retired self-employed brick mason. He was preceded in death by his parents; son, Teddy Johnson in 2004; sisters, Judy Lomax and Sylvia Johnson; brother, Bob Johnson. Surviving are his wife, Wanda Coppley Johnson of the home; sons, Danny Johnson, Ricky Johnson, Randall Johnson (Teresa), Mike Johnson (Vickie) and Chris Johnson Tonya; 6 grandchildren, Jennifer Johnson, Tiffany Kidd, Victoria Johnson, Brandon Johnson, T.J. Lane and Gerrianne Shumate; 3 great-grandchildren, Eden Lane, Lexis and Dante Kidd; sisters, Evelyn Dorsett, Dottie Rieblin, Edith Hege and Ruth Byerly; several nieces and nephews.
