Ethel Elizabeth Berrier King

Ethel Elizabeth Berrier King, 61, of Hunt Road Lexington NC died Monday January 21, 2013 at Wake Forest Baptist Medical Center after an extended illness. A funeral service will be held 2:00 pm Friday January 25, 2013 at the Davidson funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Sam Harvey officiating services. Mrs. King was born May 22, 1951 in Rowan County to William Conrad Berrier and Ethel Newsome Beck. She was a member of Light House Baptist Church and was preceded in death by her parents. Surviving are her husband Edward King, Jr. of the home, one son Scottie King and wife Pam of Lexington, one daughter Melissa King of Statesville, one brother Phillip Berrier and wife Mitzi of Lexington, three sisters; Jane Beck, Gail Harmon, and Carrie Perry and husband Tim all of Lexington and five grandchildren; Justin King, Tiffany King, Heather Colburn, Allana Colburn and Beth Colburn. The family will receive friends from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm Thursday at Davidson Funeral Home
