Ethel Musgrave Wrenn

Ethel Musgrave Wrenn, 87, of Lexington Health Care and formerly of Linwood-Southmont Road, died Tuesday, July 18, 2006, at Lexington Health Care. A graveside service will be at 2 p.m. Friday at Forest Hill Memorial Park by the Revs. Tom Nussbaum and Robert Johnson. Mrs. Wrenn was born Sept. 3, 1918, in Davidson County to Carl Musgrave and Iler Beck Musgrave. She had owned and operated Ideal Florist and was preceded in death by her husband, Jesse Wrenn; a brother, Roby Musgrave; a sister, Evelyn Stephens; and a daughter-in-law, Marsha "Ruth" Wrenn. Surviving are two sons, Ronald Wrenn and his wife, Donna, and Bruce Wrenn, all of Lexington; one daughter, Rebecca Gantt and her husband, Carrol, of Lexington; nine grandchildren, Kelvin Gantt, Lisa Malek, Kristie Gantt-Bean, Kendall Gantt, Kenan Wrenn, Loren Wrenn, Miranda Ricker, Tonya Hundley and Shanelle Wilkey; five great-grandchildren; two brothers, Earlie Musgrave and Beacom Musgrave, both of Lexington; and one sister, Ella Musgrave of Lexington. The family will receive friends at the home of the daughter on Linwood-Southmont Road. Memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society, 4-A Oak Branch Drive, Greensboro, NC 27407.
