Faye Pamela Edwards

Faye Pamela Edwards, age 82 passed away Friday August 11, 2017 at Grayson Creek of Welcome, Assisted Living and Memory Care Facility. Funeral service will be held 2:00 PM Tuesday, August 15, 2017 in the Chapel of Faith at Parklawn Memorial Park with Rev. Nat Thompson officiating. Entombment will follow. The family will receive friends at the Mausoleum from 1:00 until 2:00 PM prior to the service. Faye was born October 17, 1935 in Conley Springs, NC to Herbert and Martha Robinson. She graduated from Burlington High School and while living in Burlington she worked for Dr. Bates and Dr. Harmon. The family moved to Midway, NC in 1979, where she worked for Lyndhurst Urological for approximately 20 years. Faye was admired and loved by all who associated with her. Faye was married to the late William Forrest Edwards for 59 years, he passed away, September 5, 2016 and her parents and brothers, Al, George, Leonard and David also preceded her in death. Faye is survived by three sons, Michael, Wendell and wife Loretta and Scott and wife Karen; five grandchildren, Chris, Brandon, Hannah, Jessie and Barbie. In lieu of flowers, memorials and be directed to the Alzheimer’s Association or to Hospice of Forsyth County. Davidson Funeral Home, Hickory Tree Chapel is assisting the Edwards family.
