Florence Walls

Florence Roberta Everhart Walls, 63, of Garden Drive, died Friday, Jan. 19, 2007, at her home after an extended illness. The funeral will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday at Davidson Funeral Home, Lexington Chapel, by Deacon William B. Stoner Sr. and his wife, Lillian Stoner. Burial will be in Forest Hill Memorial Park. Mrs. Walls was born Nov. 15, 1943, in Davidson County to Henry Burgess Walls and Odessa Lee Leonard Walls. She retired from Fast Track on Cotton Grove Road and was preceded in death by a brother, Henry Burgess Walls Jr., and a sister, Lottie Louvinia Walls Leonard. Surviving are one son, Walter Darin Everhart of Lexington; two daughters, Elysia Everhart Martinez of Lexington and Tina Everhart Cervantes of Churchland; nine grandchildren, Ricardo Emmanuel Cervantes, Demetrio Benito Cervantes, Magdalena Nativida Cervantes Angeles, Carlos Francisco Miguel Cervantes, Tabatha Wilson Abundez, Rosita Rodriguez Molina, Griselda Dolores Rodriguez, Nicole Natividad Rodriguez and Fernando Guadalupe Rodriguez; six great-grandchildren, Christopher, Jasmine, William, Nathan, Michael and Baby Molina; three brothers, Roger Dale Walls of Lexington, William Henderson Walls of Spruce Pine and Thomas Franklin Walls of Asheboro; and one sister, Shirley Marie Walls Moore of Lexington.
