Flossie Christenbury

Flossie Hucks Christenbury, 80, of Reedy Creek Road, died Thursday, Aug. 30, 2007, at Forsyth Medical Center in Winston-Salem. A graveside service will be at 3 p.m. Sunday, September 2 at Trinity United Methodist Church Cemetery in Charlotte. Mrs Christenbury was born in Mecklenburg County to Milton Lester Hucks and Viola Cook Hucks. She is survived by a daughter, Patricia Frye, sisters, Ruby Cook and Gladys Howell, 4 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren. The family will see friends from 6:00 to 8:00 PM Saturday, September 1 at Davidson Funeral Home Hickory Tree Chapel. The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. Saturday at Davidson Funeral Home, Hickory Tree Chapel, and other times at the residence.
