Frances Drusilla Mize Everhart

Drusilla Everhart 97 of Grayson Creek Assisted Living passed away early Thursday morning.  A memorial service will be held at 2:00 PM Saturday, April 15, 2017 at Davidson Funeral Home, Hickory Tree Chapel with Rev. Danny Miller officiating. The family will receive friends following the service.  Burial will be held at a later date at Bethesda United Methodist Church.   Drusilla was born in Davidson County on September 13, 1919 to the late George Henderson Mize and Drusilla Estelle Hanes Mize.  She was a homemaker and a member of Bethesda United Methodist Church.  She was also preceded in death by her husband Otha Banks Everhart who passed away in 2004 after 66 years of marriage.   Surviving are sons, Randy Everhart (Jane) of Linwood, Tony Everhart (Carol) of Winston-Salem, Keith Everhart (Teresa) of Lexington; grandchildren, Christopher Everhart (Cindy), Mark Everhart, Randall Everhart (Anne Cox), Taylor Everhart (Stacie), Berry Kim Everhart, Janice Everhart; great-grandchildren, Tyler Everhart, Tiffany Everhart, Tanner Everhart, Mary Eston Everhart and a great-great grandchild Mila Everhart.  The family would like to recognize special friends John and Pat Jordan and her roommate Judy at Grayson Creek.   Memorials may be made to Bethesda United Methodist Church, 2922 Bethesda Road, Lexington, NC  27295 and Hospice of Davidson County, 200 Hospice Way, Lexington, NC  27292
