Frances Hall Head

Frances Hall Head, age 90, of Lexington passed away peacefully on Tuesday, June 25, 2019 at Hinkle Hospice House in Lexington.

A funeral service will be held at 11:00am on Friday, June 28 ^th at Davidson Funeral Home Chapel in Lexington with Rev. Joe Barbee and Pastor Jimmy Truell officiating.  Burial will follow at Forest Hill Memorial Park.

Visitation with family and friends will be held Friday, June 28 ^th from 9:30 to 10:30am at the funeral home before the service.

Frances was born in Davidson County on January 27, 1929 to James Hall and Ruth Foster Hall Stocking.  She retired from Erlanger Mills and attended Wesley Heights United Methodist Church.  She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Bob Head; brother, Jack Hall; and sister, Mary Jane Souther.

Surviving are her daughter, Susan Rowland, of Lexington; brother, Robert Hall, of Florida; sister, Elizabeth Everhart of Thomasville; 2 grandchildren, Mary Raynor and Donna Tussey; and 3 great-grandchildren, Austin Rowland, Ashton Michael and Bella Michael.
