Frances Ann May Hedrick

Frances Ann May Hedrick, 83, of Thomasville, passed away February 4, 2024, at Piedmont Crossing in Thomasville.

A celebration of her life will be held 11:00 am Saturday, February 10, 2024, at Hedrick’s Grove Reformed United Church of Christ, where she was a member, with Pastor Josh Rau officiating. The family will receive friends one hour before the service in the fellowship hall.

Ann was born July 14, 1939, in Guilford County, to James Wiley May and  Grace Frances Younts May. Ann was a devoted member of the church having served in helping with the youth program and Bible School. She retired from Stone Container where she worked in Customer Service. Was a graduate of Davis Townsend High School. Her passion was her faith, church, family, especially her grandchildren, and great grandchildren.  Ann was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, and sister, who will be missed by all. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her sister, Rachel Hedrick.

Left to cherish her memories are her loving husband, Don Hedrick of the home, son, Jeff Hedrick (Denise) of Sanford, NC, Annette Creasy (Eddie) of Gibsonville. Also surviving are her 6 grandchildren, Jenni (Ben), Sara (Drew), Will (Fiancé Jordan), Grace Anne, Laura, Lillie, 6 great-grandchildren, Tipp, Finn, Cole, Beau, Maxx, Bennett Grace.
