Franklin (Frank) Monroe Curry,75, of East Holly Grove Rd., Lexington passed away Saturday, August 14, 2010, at Lexington Memorial Hospital after being in declining health for several years.
A funeral service will be 2:00 pm Wednesday, August 18, 2010 at Holly Grove Lutheran Church where he was a member with Revs. John Mocko and Butch Conrad officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. The family will receive friends Tuesday night from 6 to 8 pm at the funeral home, and other times at the home on East Holly Grove Rd., Lexington.
Mr. Curry, was born on June 10, 1935 to Odell Monroe Curry and Gladys Mae Black Curry. He was retired from Lexington Furniture.
Surviving are; his wife, Nancy Beck Curry of the home; two sons, Tim Curry and wife Kari and Bobby Curry and wife Sherri both of Lexington; one daughter, Leann Seagle and husband Mark of Lexington; 7 grandchildren; Bradley Curry, Emily Curry, Kortnie Curry, Spencer Seagle, Abby Seagle, Karigan Curry and Tony Tussey; 2 great grandchildren; Kason Curry and Dalton Tussey; four sisters, Betty Curry Koontz and husband Leon; Connie Curry McMahan and husband Nelson; Nancy Curry Swicegood and husband Leon and Martha Curry Byerly all of Lexington; one brother, John Robert Curry and wife Billie of Lexington.
