Frank Lynn Michael, 67, of Leonard Road, Lexington, died Wednesday, December 11, 2013, at Hinkle Hospice House after declining health.
A private Memorial Service was held with the Rev. Randy Foster. Burial will be at a later date.
Lynn was born in Davidson County, on May 5, 1946, to Coy Michael and Mildred Frank Michael. He graduated from Elon University and was a retired History Teacher from North Davidson High School. He was a member of Tyro United Methodist Church. Lynn was an accomplished guitar player and musician and had a passion for world travel.
Surviving are Cindy Ellen Lisk of the home; sister, Jo Carrol Michael Smith and husband Gene; nieces, Tonya Ragan and husband Tim, and Vicki Clarkson and husband David, all of Lexington.
