Franklin Mitchell

Mr. Franklin Mitchell, 76, of Longmeadow Drive, Clemmons, died Friday, November 6 at Wake Forest Baptist Medical Center in Winston Salem.

No public services will be held at this time.

Mr. Mitchell was born February 9, 1944 in Raleigh County, WV to Vana Franklin Mitchell and Irene Rose Huybert Mitchell. He was a veteran of US Air Force and retired from Dupont.

He is survived by his wife, Pamela Reeves Mitchell of the home; his daughters, Melissa Mitchell and Rebecca Spence (Allen, Jr.), both of Richmond, VA, and Heather Mitchell of Clemmons; and his granddaughter, Katherine Ulrich of Richmond, VA.
