Frederick Charles Warren

Frederick Charles Warren, 81, of Brookstone Retirement Center, died Wednesday, May 13, 2009, at the center. The funeral will be at 11 a.m. Friday, May 15, 2009, at Pilgrim Reformed Church with the Rev. Barry Surratt officiating. Burial will follow in Forest Hill Memorial Park. Mr. Warren was born April 22, 1928, in West Field, Ma. He was the son of Charles Fredrick Warren. Mr. Warren was a truck driver for Anderson Trucking Service in Mebane and also served in the U.S. Navy. Surviving are his wife, Bessie Elizabeth East Warren of Brookstone; sons, Clarence Michael Warren and wife, Regina, of Lexington, Frederick Warren Jr. of Virginia and David Warren and wife, Wanda; daughters, Sally Warren and Robin Skauland and husband, Rusty, of Alaska; nine grandchildren; and 12 great-grandchildren. The family will receive friends from 6 to 8p .m. Thursday at Davidson Funeral Home. Memorials may be made to Pilgrim Reformed Church, 797 Pilgrim Church Road, Lexington, NC 27295.
