Gary Lynn Grant

Gary Lynn Grant, 64, Lexington, passed away June 15, 2022, at his home in Lexington.

A celebration of his life will be held at 11:00 am Monday, June 20. 2022, at Davidson Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Gary Gibson officiating. The service will be live streamed at www.facebook.com/davidson.funeralhome . The family will receive friends from 5-7 pm Sunday night at the funeral home, and other times at the home of his sister, 112 Coble Circle, Lexington, NC 27295.

Mr. Grant was born December 29, 1957, in Davidson County, to Paul William Grant and Collene Hedrick Grant. Gary was of the Baptist faith and was retired from the maintenance department with Davidson County Governmental. He loved to go fishing and watching racing. His passion was his family, friends. Gary never meets a stranger and was known to be a jokester. Gary was a loving brother, uncle and great uncle and companion, who will be missed by all.

Left to cherish his memories are his lifelong companion of 27 years, Kathy Barker of Lexington; sister, Diane Miller, and husband Jerry of Lexington; nieces, Tammy Goins and husband Scott, Holly Miller all of Lexington; great Niece, Jessica Collier, nephew, Weston Hargis.
