Gary Lee Hunter

Gary Lee Hunter, 52, of Lexington passed away on Thursday, October 31, 2019 at Accordius Health in Lexington.

The family will hold a private celebration of Gary’s life at a later date.

Gary was born on March 16, 1967 in Buncombe County to Harold D. Hunter, Sr. and Glenda Lowe Hunter.  He was a self-employed mason and of the Baptist faith.  Gary was an outdoors person and he loved fishing and hunting, especially for deer, but his first love was his family.

Those left to cherish his memory are his son, Levi Hunter, of Kernersville; brother, Harold D. Hunter, Jr. (Cathy), of Denton; and sister, Lynn Hunter, of Lexington.
