Gary Orman Mclain

Gary Orman McLain, 88, of Hillside Drive in Lexington passed Wednesday April 19, 2023 at his home. The family will receive friends 2:00-4:00 PM, Saturday April 22, 2023 at Davidson Funeral Home in Lexington. Mr. McLain was born August 27, 1934 in Bedford Virginia to Robert Holcomb McLain and Gladys Mayhew McLain. Gary was a United States Army Veteran, serving in the Korean Conflict, retired from the United States Postal Service and a member of Holly Grove Lutheran Church. He was preceded in death by his parents; a brother, Danny McLain; and a sister, Faire Cotham. Surviving is his wife of 65 years, Judy Pegram McLain, of the home and two daughters, Gina McLain (Charles) of Thomasville and Lisa Smith (Mark) of Lexington.
