Gary Wayne Tulbert

Gary Wayne Tulbert age 66 passed away Tuesday, August 18, 2015 at Kate B. Reynolds Hospice Home. A memorial service will be held at 2:00 PM Saturday, August 22, 2015 at Oak Forest United Methodist Church (11461 Old US Hwy 52, Winston-Salem, NC 27107) officiated by Pastor Darren Alexander. Burial will follow at Parklawn Memorial Park. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the church. Gary was born February 1, 1949 in Forsyth County to Chester Clark Tulbert and Nancy Fishel Tulbert. He was a beloved father, son, brother, and friend to many. He was a truck driver and mechanic 50 years and an employee of Allstar Truck and Trailer Repair. He was preceded in death by his father. He is survived by his wife Anne Tulbert of the home; his loving mother Nancy Fishel Tulbert; his daughters, Teresa and Jamie Fulk, Renna Tulbert, and Aisha and Harley Schweikert; sons, James Tulbert and Charles Tulbert; his grandchildren, Bradley Fulk, Tasha Fulk, Vela Mabe, and Aiden Tulbert; his brothers, James (Jim) and Linda Tulbert, and Keith and Brenda Tulbert; his sisters, Myra and Keith Perryman, Kitty and Bryan Medlin, and Jenny and Tony Moretz. The family would like to thank the staff and volunteers at Kate B. Reynolds Hospice Home for their care during this time. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Kate B. Reynolds Hospice Home, 101 Hospice Lane, Winston-Salem, NC 27103. The family would like to thank Wake Forest Baptist Health Comprehensive Cancer Center for their care during this time.
