Gene Kepley

Gene Kepley, 80 of Piedmont Crossing in Thomasville, passed away Tuesday April 29, 2025.

A graveside service will be held 2:00 pm Sunday May 4, 2025 at the Holly Grove Lutheran Church cemetery, with Rev. Misty York officiating services.

Mr. Kepley was born April 19, 1945 in Davidson County to Kearney Bernard Kepley and Ruth Kizzie Michael Kepley.  Mr. Kepley enjoyed working and building things with wood, outdoor activities and visiting Kibler Valley Virginia. He was preceded in death by his parents; his wife, Barbara Kepley, brother, Donald Kepley; a sister, Peggy Everhart; brother-in-law, Dwight Everhart and a sister-in-law, Kaye Kepley.

Surviving is his son, Michael Kepley of Salisbury; his daughter, Gina Garrett (Greg) of Asheboro and 3 grandchildren, Troy Garrett, Julia Kepley and Maggie Richardson.
