Gene Andrew Polinski

Gene Andrew Polinski, 65, of Hickory Point Drive, Lexington passed away Wednesday, April 17, 2013, at Hinkle Hospice House. A Celebration of his life will be at Noon on Monday April 22, 2013, at Cotton Grove United Methodist Church, conducted by Rev. Ed Armfield. The family will see friends after the service at the church and afterward at the home. Gene was born December 30, 1947, in Barnwell County, S. C., to Joseph and Delma Tucker Polinski. He was a retired District Sales Manager with The E.G. Forrest Company. His parents preceded him in death. Surviving is his wife, Jackie Jones Polinski of the home; sons, Gene Andrew (Andy) Polinski Jr. of Raleigh, Damon Fink (Nicolette) of Arizona; daughters, Jessica Coltrin of Oregon and Kirsten Pollock (Matthew) of South Carolina; grandchildren, Star Coltrin, Ashleigh Pollock, Sarah Pollock and Laylah Fink; his brothers, Stephen Polinski (Linda) of Greenville and Paul Polinski (Linda) of Burgaw; a sister, Rose Mary Polinski of Burgaw.
