Gertrude Roller

Gertrude Robinson Roller, 78, of Lexington passed away on Monday, September 13, 2021 at Pine Ridge Assisted Living.

In order to honor Mrs. Roller’s wishes, no formal services will be held.

Mrs. Roller was born in Marlboro County, SC on December 3, 1942 to Sherman Robinson and Ollie Rogers Robinson. She was retired from Link Taylor, having worked in the finishing room and was of Baptist Faith. Mrs. Roller was a loving mother, sister, and grandmother whose memory will be cherished forevermore. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Emory Sherwood Roller; two daughters, Teresa R. Potts, and Wendy R. Roller; a granddaughter, Norma Everhart; a great-granddaughter, Madison; two brothers, Massey Rogers and Donald Robinson; and three sisters, Margie Shaw, Betty Gainey, and Pat Robinson.

Left to cherish her memory are her children, Timothy S. Roller (Tammy), Sharon L. Roller, Tony L. Roller, and Danny Griggs; a brother, Bobby Robinson; six grandchildren, Brandi Craver, Cheryl Burns, Courtney Roller (Josh), Ryan Hemphill, Ashley English (Colton) and Matthew Roller; seven great-grandchildren, Paisley, Everly, Lilly, Taylynn, Lawson, Mitchell, and Maeve; and a host of nieces and nephews.
