Gregory Keith Leonard

Gregory Keith Leonard, 52, of Lexington passed away on Monday, January 13, 2020 at Forsyth Medical Center.

A funeral service will be held at 2:00 pm on Monday, January 20, 2020 at the Forest Hill Memorial Park Mausoleum in Lexington.

The family will receive friends from 1:00 pm until 2:00 pm prior to the service in the Mausoleum.

Mr. Leonard was born in Davidson County on February 19, 1967 to Alvin Lee Leonard, Jr. and Mildred Elizabeth Clark Leonard. He loved riding motorcycles, formerly coached football at Davis Townsend Elementary School and was a loving husband, father and grandfather whose memory will be cherished forevermore. He was preceded in death by his parents.

Left to cherish his memory are his wife, Tina Paruolo Leonard of the home; his daughters, Amberly Dawn Leonard of the home and Asheley Krystina Motsinger of Kernersville; and his pride and joy, his precious grandson, Talen Michael Keith Steele.
